This site is part of the Long Creek Redevelopment Project which received subdivision approval from the City and a Site Location of Development Permit Approval from Maine DEP. The project is situated in the lower portion of the Long Creek/Fore River watershed. Runoff from the project discharges to tidal portions of Long Creek and the Fore River.
