Performed a feasibility study and provided conceptual plans for possible development scenarios considering resource protection, stormwater design requirements, town zoning & potential land values.

Project Highlights

  • Total site area = 59 acres
  • Two commercial lots provided at +/- 2 acres each
  • Farmhouse and barn renovated to 4-5 condo units
  • Assisted living center provides 70 beds
  • Public water, private sewer
  • "Village Green" is approximately 5 acres
  • Approximate wetland disturbance of 8,000 sf
  • Townhouses consist of 40 units (4 units per structure)
